Stephanie—along with her husband and co-founder, Guy—gave our company life. Naturally, she’s gaga about Frenchies, and she shouts it from the [Colorado] mountaintops to help franchisees across the U.S. discover their passion—and a pretty smart business opportunity—by owning a Frenchies studio of their own. Beyond revolutionizing nail care, Stephanie gets jazzed up about summertime shenanigans at the family cabin, her two sons’ and hubby’s hockey games, and lazy Sunday brunches on the deck with friends and family.

If Stephanie were a nail polish, she’d be:

CND Creekside. (“It is a pretty blue …and blue is our signature color. But of course, I need to add some fun ombre shimmer to give it that special little bling.”)

Guy Coffey
Co-Founder / Chief Whatever It Takes Officer

If we need it done, Guy is on it. Six years ago, he jumped into the nail industry after a 20-year career in fitness—and his zest for helping people feel and look good has never been stronger. When he and co-founder Stephanie (his better half) launched Frenchies, it was more than a business move, it was a chance to change an industry and “improve a lot of people’s lives.” Guy is a protector of profits and nets—he’s been a hockey goalie since he was four years old and enjoys tossing around the puck on the daily with his two sons.

Michelle Brisbois

No matter which of our studios you visit, you can trust it will be authentically Frenchies—thanks to Michelle. She’s “health-bent” (see what we did there?) on revolutionizing hand and foot care, and she works closely with franchisees and vendors to make it happen across our studios. Keeping business tickin’ is her passion, and live music is her jam. You’ll often find her getting her groove on at live performance venues … and in between beats she’ll probably be savoring a baked good on her “quest to find the best scone ever.”

Scot Cannon
Head Honcho of Field Operations

Scot knows that shaking up an industry—especially one as big as the nail industry—is no easy feat. But he’s game—no, he’s PUMPED—to be part of the Frenchies nail care revolution. If you’re a franchisee, he’s got your back. He pulls from years of business development experience to make sure our franchisees have everything they need to get their studios up, running and in full stride. A proud New Orleanian (did we say that right?), Scot lives and breathes Saints football (“Who Dat?!”). He’s also his athletic kids’ biggest fan—he’s a sideline staple as coach or lead cheerleader.

We’re committed to providing an enjoyable experience for all. And for Kayla, that begins with our employees. She coaches franchisees and managers on the ins and outs of creating the legit Frenchies experience, and she teaches our talented nail pros how to work their magic in a way that’s purely Frenchies. The Colorado mountains and backyard barbecues are her happy places—but as long as she’s with family, she’s all good.
